Career Question and answer- About validity and recognition of degrees from Open Universities



There are lot of confusion about Open University. People tell me that getting degree from open university is easy, no need to study, you can open book and write exams and these degree has no value. What is the truth? 

Answer : well, none of these things are true. It is mere imaginary thinking of the people who cannot think beyond conventional way of education. Open Universities are universities established by central and state government in India where people cannot go to regular colleges due to certain reason. This helps a lot. If you look into the evaluation and delivery system, in some cases, Open Universities are much better than conventional universities.

In India, As of now, only following are the approved Open Universities
