New Vendor evaluation form

Hi Friends,

Evaluating a vendor is an important aspect of any business function. Whether it is admin, whether it is HR or any other function.

Strategically, it helps us to understand more deeply about the business and also acts as an evidence that we have acted in good faith, impartially while selecting the vendor.

I designed this for my current organisation for choosing vendor for administration and facilities management function and with slight modification, we can use it for any other function too.
