Hello friends,

Gear up, another exciting and full of learning MTHR event is there. If you would have attended other seminar of similar nature and the subject, you would have ended up paying few thousand rupees at least. MTHR serve the HR and business fraternity free of cost.

Dear Friend,

Greetings from MTHR !!

We are pleased to bring to you yet another exciting Learning Event of MTHR Global in Mumbai, in association with HR College of Commerce & Economics –“Making the Workplace a safer place”

The face of the workplace has changed greatly throughout history and is expected to continue to evolve as time goes by. As society changes, the workplace reflects these changes. Harassment at workplace is the water-cooler topic of the moment, thanks to the recent misconduct at a leading IT organization. While the real truth of this case may never be known, there is no denying that a large number of women (and some men) face harassment in their workplaces, but few report it.

It does not have to be physical. Did you know that everything from commentsto demands to work late can be construed as harassment? There is a legal mechanism in place to address this evil; are you as an HR professional aware of what it is? Do you know what your responsibilities as an Employer are? Do you know that the President of India gave his assent to a bill under which cases of harassment at the workplace, will have to be disposed of by in-house committees within 90 days, failing which a penalty will be imposed.
Learn about these and more:
·         Duty of the Employer or other responsible persons in work places                 ·         What is meant by Harassment
·         Preventive Steps                                                                                                        ·         Disciplinary Action
·         Complaint Mechanism                                                                                              ·         Complaints Committee
·         Spreading Awareness at the Workplace

Learn from the Expert, Anagha Sarpotdar, a leading commentator, columnist and consultant to leading organizations on harassment. Besides here, there will also be a Panel consisting of HR Leaders of organizations as well as Dr. Indu Shahani, principal of HR College of Commerce and Economics and renowned global authority in the field of education.

This Event, as always, provides opportunities for social and business networking, all in MTHRG’s unique blend of learning, fun, entertainment and camaraderie.
Get engaged, enriched and empowered.....!

With MTHRG, you have come to expect the best - These Sessions are complimentary! Prior Registration is however required.
